Wild Lettuce

Wild Lettuce (cut and sifted). Traditionally, it was used to relieve insomnia, nervousness, and anxiety. It can be used in divination, lunar magic, fertility rituals, and love spells. Can be sprinkled around one's home to increase protection or placed under one's pillow to help sleep. It makes a wonderful meditation aid, helping to calm and center one's mind and to assist one on astral journeys.

One half ounce in a poly bag. Store in a sealed container away from direct exposure to light, heat and moisture.
