Find a quite moment when you have time to focus on yourself.

Create your sacred space.  We suggest a clean bathroom, maybe burn an incense to fill the air with happy smells

and burn candles to add to the ritual experience. Then let the magic unfold.

We recommend to use the entire bag (2 oz) for an intensive ritual experience.  

We also suggest using a muslin bag for easy clean up and to avoid herbs in your drain.

You can do this quietly inside your mind or out loud - whatever feels comfortable and right for you. 

Hold the bag of herbal bath salts (and candles if using) and then "charge"  them with your intentions.

Next draw your bath.  Use hot not scalding water.

Toss the filled bag into your bath water - squeezing to release the herbs, oils and dissolving the salts.

You can also hang from the faucet to let water run through. ​​

In the tub - soak for 20-30 minutes, feeling yourself releasing any negativity and letting go of all things that no longer benefit you. 

Visualize a white or golden light entering the top of your head and filling your being.

Envision what you would like to manifest and believe it will happen when the time is right.

As the tub is draining - in your mind's eye "see" all the negative energy or bad vibes flowing from your life.

Be sure to air or pat self dry - keeping the spiritual benefits of the intention bath on your skin.

When finished we like to compost or bury the remaining herbs in the earth

giving thanks to Mother Earth for her gifts and the Universe for sending what we need.

You can save the muslin bag for next time you need it.

(For those who only have showers this next method is suggested)  

Separately make a “tea”  with the muslin filled bag in a pot to pour over yourself in the shower - let it cool and 

starting from your head, visualize the powerfully charged herbs and salts manifesting your intentions

as you pour from head to toe.  Imagine them melting away the negativity and drawing in the positive vibes.

Believe and trust that the universe will provide what you need.

Other uses:

Add Sacred Intention herbal bath salt to bucket of water and mop your floors to wash down your home
