shipping:

Free ground shipping (USPS) for all orders over $100.00.   Continental United States orders only.  Orders $99.99 and less have a $5.95 flat rate shipping.  We ship via USPS but may use UPS.  Please note that UPS deliveries are M-F.  Weekends are not part of standard shipping times. 

 

The majority of orders will be packaged and shipped within one business day, but please allow us 1 to 3 business days to process and ship your order.   Due to the time of the year and order volume, processing times may vary.   You will receive a tracking confirmation email after order is packed and ready to be shipped.   Every order is triple checked for accuracy & is packed with extra love & care.  

 

Items returned to us because of failed delivery attempts or refused shipments will be handled as follows:  Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs of returned/refused items and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.  This will be deducted from refund or credit as per our discretion.  Re-shipping costs will be customers responsibility.

If your tracking info shows the package was delivered but it is not at your door, in your mailbox, PO box, etc., please contact your local Post Office or UPS for help. There is very little we can do once a package has been handed off to USPS or UPS.  You will need to work with your local Post Office or UPS carrier to try to resolve the issue.  If it cannot be found, you can file a Lost Package Claim with USPS or UPS through their websites.

returns & exchanges:

If you are not head over heels with your purchase you may return or exchange merchandise if the following conditions are met:

 

Contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a Return Authorization #.  (info@crystalconnectionnc.com)

You will receive an email containing your RA#.  Check your email and spam.  It will have Return Authorization in the subject line.

 

Simply complete the Return/Exchange Form (back of your invoice) or print a copy of the Return/Exchange Form You are responsible for the return costs of shipping for refunds or exchanges.  We strongly suggest you return your package insured.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Be sure to include the completed return form with the returning merchandise for quick processing.   Our address is listed below.  The returning merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days after receiving your RA#.  Items received after 7 days will be subject to 20% restocking /late fee.  Merchandise returned without an RA# will not be accepted or credited.  For exchanges, you are responsible for any re-shipping charges that apply. 

 

Returned products must be received back to us in original condition and in original packaging.  We cannot refund items that are returned damaged or not in original packaging.  Absolutely no refund will be issued if any merchandise comes back not in its original state.  Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered & smoke-free with the original internal packaging, tags, info cards etc.  Items returned that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, altered, smell like smoke or not in same condition as it was shipped to you will not be accepted, credited or refunded.  

 

refunds:

Upon receiving & inspecting your return, you will receive an email confirmation that your return/exchange is complete or rejected.   If approved, we will issue you a refund back to the original form of payment for the original purchase price (unless other fees apply) this will be processed in 1-3 business days after we receive your acceptable return.  

 

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your bank statement (this time also depends on your banking institution or credit card).

non-returnable items:

Please be aware that personal products such as all oils, sprays, soaps, body care products, empty glass or spray bottles, pipettes cannot be returned.  Tarot, oracle cards, herbs, sages, teas & products containing plants are non-returnable. Opened boxes of incense are non-returnable. 

 

All discounted, sale or clearance items are final sales - no exchanges or returns.

damaged items:​

If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping you must contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving your shipment for assistance.  info@crystalconnectionnc.com   A customer service specialist may contact you to confirm details. 

 

You must retain all merchandise (especially damaged items) & the original packaging for inspection.  It is possible our shipper may need pictures for documentation to file a claim.  Claims will not be processed if original packaging & contents are not available.  Claims must be filed within 7 days or as per USPS or UPS policies

handcrafted/ handmade /gemstones disclaimer:​

Many our our way cool items have been hand-crafted by superior skilled artisans & craftspeople from around the world making each item unique & individual.  The beauty in this is that no two are ever alike.  Slight variations may occur in color, size & design which enhances the individual artistic characteristics of each piece.  Though our photography tends to very accurate, color discrepancies may occur due to the settings of your computer screen.  Items you receive may not be the exact item pictured, but you will receive a similar representation.  With natural gemstones please allow for colors, shapes & sizes to vary.  Because many things can happen that is completely out of our control-we do not warranty our sterling chains or stretchy bracelets.
