Peony Root (Sliced). Named after the Greek god of healing, Paeon, and is said to treat the battle wounds of the gods. Used as a lucky charm, a healer, and a protector. Protects against mischief from fairies and imps. Draws in luck, prosperity, and success in business. Can be used to remove or break hexes, jinxes and curses. Peony Root is said to have a great deal of power to protect against misfortune, bolster health and draw good fortune
